Gdynia is the first Polish city where the Gemini Centre was constructed. It opened in summer 2000. Gemini Gdynia is located at the very centre of the city, between the famous shopping Swiętojańska Street and the quay of the Baltic Sea. Each Gemini facility has a modern cinema complex maintained by the Silver Screen company.The Silver Screen cinema in Gdynia has 8 viewing halls with 2,110 seats. The smallest room is capable of holding 102 spectators, the biggest one - 510. Apart from eight cinema halls, the Gemini centre has 5,000 square meters of area for shops, restaurants, cafes and bars.According to our estimations, over 4 million people will visit the centre in Gdynia each year and there will be around 3,000 spectators in the cinema each day.
